At about 250 meters from the villa is Empúries Hotel with its exclusive restaurant and spa overlooking the sea. By the quiet promenade of Empuries we access within 10 minutes walk to the old medieval village of Sant Martí d`Empuries with a variety of restaurants and the old town of L`Escala with a variety of shopping and entertainment. The nearest supermarket is 500 meters.

The villa is over 300 m2 built on 2 floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living room of the house is very spacious and has access to the terrace and garden with pool. The plot of the house is more than 1000 m2. The kitchen of the house is very modern and fully equipped, has access to the dining area for summer. The villa has air conditioning. Private garage for 3 cars. The villa has beautiful views of the sea and green area.
