8.6/10 Excellent! (892 reviews)
The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging.
One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience.

My only real suggestions for improvement were a hole in the closet door that someone clearly had punched ..."

8/10 Very good! (314 reviews)
"Staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel is clean and well kept. The rooms are basic, 2 single beds pushed together, not ideal for couples. The food isn't the best, it's edible. Typical mass production for all inclusive. Alcohol options are decent, lots of choice and decent quality. Would I saty ..."
