Nice hostel

Very nice hostel. The immediate area is not touristy, but the people in the neighborhood are very nice, helpful and diverse making an enjoyable visit. I recommend.

Excellent location, clean and well looked after

Great, good clean rooms nicely decorated and with a fridge. Reception well staffed and very helpful. Location is excellent with good accessibility to most of the south coast and in good proximity to Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Will definitely stay again.

Loved staying at Hostal Neon, the staff are all friendly and are native English speakers. They have great local knowledge, the rooms are clean and they gave us excellent advise on the best restaurants and things to do around the island. The location is great and makes it easy to travel to all the local beaches and towns. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent transit hotel!

Arrived late, "Hotels.com" wanted a review on my arrive before I checked in, very strange. I was received very gracefully. Excellent service, good info on local restaurant, local bus stop, ect. Price was a little steep for this kind of room (I usually get a hotel room for this price), but this was between xmas & new year's, & rooms were scarce. Excellent location for travellers to and from the southern airport. Receptionist offered to make me a breakfast package, as I was leaving very early in the morning. It wasn't there when I left (Fridge shared between 5 rooms), probably someone else removed it. Maybe put a minibar in the rooms, for this price? Very poorly soundproofed room, some kid kept me up until 2.30 somewhere in the building. Nice marine-theme overall. A 3-minute walk to the airport bus stop, 2 minutes to a local supermercado, 2 minutes to a local restaurant. Would stay again (but would bring earplugs!). Bed was well worn down, but no hindrance. Very clear room.

Tutto bene, lo consiglio, anche se qualche dettaglio si può migliorare. Personale gentile e simpatico. Si trova a Guaza, vicino Los Cristianos con bus (imparate come funzionano) passano spesso in tutte le direzioni. Colazione non provata

Struttura ben organizzata, pulita attrezzata. Qualità, convenienza e cortesia . Posto molto tranquillo a 10 Min da Las america e Los cristianos. A 5 minuti c'è la Lidl molto utile. Il personale molto serio e disponibile. La zona comune è molto comoda e attrezzata di tutto per eventuale colazione,pranzo ,cena.

Sind das zweite Mal in dem Hostel Neon und super zufrieden! Die Rezeptionmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns, da wir schon mal da waren, ohne Aufpreis auch eine andere Pension von denen angeboten, die einen Pool hat. Zwar haben wir dieses Angebot nicht wahrgenommen, dennoch sind wir so zufrieden wie letztes Jahr, man hat gute Anbindung zu den Öffis, es ist sauber, WLAN ist stabil und es wahr ruhig. Obwohl das Hostel in der Nähe der Autobahn ist, kann man ruhig schlafen. Und wir wurden am Abreisetag noch zum Frühstück eingeladen, obwohl wir es nicht gebucht haben - also menschlich sind die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption top! Das Bett ist gemütlich, der Ventilator effektiv. Der Kühlschrank ist Gold wert und die Mikrowelle ist auch ein nettes Gimmick. Das einzige, was negativ aufgefallen ist, ist der geringe Wasserdruck verglichen zu Deutschland, was aber sicher auch an dem Land liegen kann. Zudem wären wirklich räumlich getrennte Badezimmer auf dem Hostelzimmer noch eine sinnvolle Ergänzung, der den Comfort definitiv angenehmer machen würde. Auf dem Balkon herrscht ein schöner Ausblick. Auf jeden Fall insgesamt eine dicke Empfehlung!

Nettes modernes Hostal in Flughafennähe

Gutes günstiges Frühstücksbuffet, neue Einrichtung, trotz Bitte um ruhiges Zimmer erhielten wir Zimmer zur nähen Autobahn, das hat den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt.

Objectivité

Un bâtiment propre en bordure d autoroute avec Montagne en arrière plan. Hôtel choisi car annoncé avec navette à l' aéroport.... La navette n' existe pas.Apres avoir prévenu de notre arrivée la veille avec numéro de vol, nous avons avons appelé le jour de notre arrivée le matin et à l' arrivée,Il nous a été conseillé au téléphone par l hôtel de prendre un taxi à l' aéroport ( 2 h de queue...). A l arrivée, appel de nouveau, les clés n' étaient pas dans la boîte à clés... Quelqu un est venu ouvrir et nous avons enfin pû nous installer. Personnel sympathique, endroit propre, terrasse de toit agréable. Chambre très petite, balcon minuscule, une couverture pour les deux lits, heureusement il ne fait pas froid. Porte des WC , ouverte sur le dessus, un peu gênant à plusieurs pour odeurs et bruits. Pour 75 euros et sans navette ( 45 euros supplémentaires de taxi ) rapport qualité prix moyen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hostel! Check-in und early Check-out war problemlos, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Hostelzimmer war immer sauber, ausreichend groß und schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bett war gemütlich und schön groß; der Balkon etwas klein, aber besser als gar keiner und mit einer schönen Aussicht. Es war nur eine Nacht lauter im Flur/Nebenzimmer, was jedoch zu verkraften war. Essen hatten wir nicht dazugebucht, das einzige Nervige war, dass der Fernseher sich nicht mit dem WLAN vom Hostel verbinden ließ. Was aus den Bildern nicht ganz ersichtlich war ist, dass das Badezimmer quasi nicht mit einer richtigen Tür im klassischen Sinne vom restlichen Zimmer abgetrennt ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die Rooftop-Terasse, die man jedoch leider „nur“ bis 22.00 Uhr benutzen darf. Guaza an für sich ist keine volle Touristengegend (was wir sehr positiv fanden), jedoch auch keine besonders schöne im Allgemeinen, jedoch kommt man von da aus durch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel überall relativ schnell hin und zurück. Sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Bus erreicht man das Hostel vom Airport aus schnell. In direkter Nähe gibt’s auch einen kleinen regionalen Einkaufsladen. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Flohmarkt direkt in der Nähe vom Hostel.
