"Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...
"An elegant hotel in downtown Cusco at a remarkably low price. It's near airport and bus station. The drawback is the rooms are small and no access tohot water during my stay.

Por último, le pedimos al chico de recepción que nos pidiera un taxi, que nos costó 20 soles cuando el trayecto era de 7 soles solamente. Según el, era el cargo del hotel!
