Great Holiday

My husband and Myself, our 16yr old and my 84yr father stayed. Absolutely beautiful condo and facility. Diego was amazing to deal with, incredibly easy to check in! Heated pools, lots of hot tubs and a beautiful beach! Condo had all the necessary items! Quiet, peaceful, comfortable and scenic! Definitely returning!

Beautiful grounds, apartment needs attention

The grounds of Kovay Gardens are beautiful and we really enjoyed the Faro restaurant. The apartment itself was in need of upkeep. Here's a list of issues:- 2nd bathroom lavatory leak causing rotting of cabinet and fungal smell,- 2nd bedroom armoire door fell off of its hinges,- Towels were dirty and had holes in them. Had to ask where spare towels were kept.- No instruction on how to use HVAC system, where clean towels might be, how to get clean water, how to lock sliding doors, etc.- Ran out of distilled water on 2nd day and there were no spares (2.50 expense). Told that we had to get our own, which we did at the OXXO.- No map of the grounds,- 1st bedroom bedside lamp didn't work,- There was mold in the capsule tray of the coffee maker,- No soap or shampoo in the showers,
