"We rented this house for Thanksgiving this year and had such a wonderful time. We’ve rented this house 4 times now and consider it our little piece of heaven by the beach. The house can sleep so many comfortably and the living/dining/kitchen area allows for so much time all together in a great space. The views of the ocean are amazing and beach access is right up the street. The beach where this house is is not overly crowded so it makes for a really nice time on the beach. We highly recommend...

"Great location, quiet part of beach, house well stocked and hosts were very responsive with the few questions we had. Only suggestion would be updates to patio furniture and maybe second Tv option in house. Otherwise great stay!!"

"We had a wonderful stay with the family. One mechanical issue happened overnight and was resolved by the next morning with constant communication with owner. We are definitely coming back. It was located with easy access to NASA and Kemah. We also made a trip into town to the Museum of Natural Science."

"This was our second time staying here. It was just as clean and beautiful as the first time. We took our kids with us this time and we were able to enjoy the onsite pool with them. The kids loved the bunk bed room and decor. The weather was great and the beach was very relaxing and peaceful. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back."

"While this house is a large one, very capable of handling a gathering of several families for a reunion, it was not as luxurious as its promotions. The pool table was a nice item that did add to our enjoyment. The owners worked with us on several issues that arose."

"On the day of check-in, we received an additional rental agreement that is mandatory. In the agreement, it basically states that the host and their management company, Empress, have the right to evict the renter during the stay and that an additional fee will be applied if that occurs. It also states that voluntarily vacating the property or refusing to sign the agreement will result in forfeiture of any money that the renter has already paid. The additional agreement seemed totally unnecessary...

"We had our first Mother and Daughter get away and this room made it perfect! It was amazing and right on the beach, great amenities, hostess always responded. We will be making this our annual place for us to go! Could not recommend it enough! 5 Stars all the way!"

"Working with the manager was just fine when coming to the property for the first time. There are multiple units created from a house for this specific property. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little early, which was very convenient and helpful. The disappointing part of the trip were really just a couple things. One of the biggest things is parking. According to the listing currently at the time of this review, it says 2 covered parking spots and 4 spots in the driveway. This...
