The staff were very friendly, hotel felt relaxed.
My criticisms are that the bed and beddings are not the most comfy, especially the very cheap pillows. If you are seeking comfort I wouldn’t highly recommend.
The room generally was clean if a little noisy.
Entertainment options were good, as was the massage and pool.
Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Overall it was a positive stay.

I had a wonderful time here. The environment was nice, with a quiet, beautiful golf field view and decent swimming pools nearby. The stuff was friendly, attentive and helpful. They even prepared a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday when I didn’t mention anything about it.
I bought the half board package, which includes 2 buffets a day. The foods were good and were slightly different day to day.
I am very happy with the stay here and I definitely will recommend it to other people interested to go to Tenerife.
