"I cannot express how great this place is. While it may be a work in progress on the outside, the hotel portion and patio (or “moondeck”) is perfection. Cozy rooms with brand new everything. Clean, comfy, and well maintained. You can tell how much care has gone into restoring this little place. Hats off to Matt the owner for the work and love he’s put into it. Don’t skip the connected store/deli that has some delicious sandwiches. I will definitely be stopping back in."

"Comfortable stay in a nice and cozy cabin near the lake. Games, deck of cards, and books would have been a nice addition being other VRBO rentals usually have them. Wife says a few more dish towels would have been helpful. We found the bed a little hard for our older bodies. The TVs and heating/AC unit worked great. Really loved being close to the water and the beautiful evening lake views, especially with a full moon. Guests need to bring their canoe or kayak."

"We stayed for 10 days and still did not want to leave. We brought our boat and paddle boards. It is a steep drive down with a boat to maneuver into the driveway. I think we got lucky with the weather, we had hardly any wind in the afternoon. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking most anything. The hot tub is amazing for those soar muscles. Just make sure you are clean before you go in. We will most likely be back, I hope! "

"The accommodations were fabulous! The house was very clean, well stocked and equipped with many extras. Every need was anticipated and provided for, plus more. The attention to detail was noticed and appreciated by everyone in our group. The game room was a great bonus and a lot of fun. Communication with the host was effortless. She replied quickly to my text and was able to accommodate my request. The entire stay was wonderful and I highly recommend this property."

"We had our family reunion with 12 adults and 5 children. It was a perfect set-up with everyone having their own space. Beautiful surroundings with a grass area for the kids to run around. Cabin 11 was the dinner gathering spot on the deck over looking the lake. We rented a pontoon boat at the resort next to us and had a great time tubing . Clint was great in communicating with us. Shout out to Katie housekeeping who got us flashlights, batteries and puck lights for the power outage we had due to high winds. Great well stocked grocery store a block up the road. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this rental."
