"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. There are plenty of activities nearby, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again."

"Caravan was small, but tidy, right on the shore of Lake Roititi. Hosts were welcoming and full of good tips about the area. Kayaks were a bit small for me- I may be over large- but fun paddling about. Good value, but we might be getting a bit old for the caravan life, lol. "

"Hiuse was prefect for our little group. Location was fantastic, close to toen but far enough out to be relaxing. The shoet stroll to the lake and the use of the kayaks was the best bit. "

"The listing stated that the property had air conditioning. When I discovered that it did not, I contacted Bachcare and was asked to provide a screenshot showing where air conditioning was listed. I sent the screenshot immediately. It has now been 24 days, and despite following up twice, I am still waiting for a response. The communication has been extremely poor, and this has been the worst service experience I have had."
