"Your hotel was absolutely fantastic. The beds were amazingly comfortable very clean, but more importantly was your staff. I would tell anyone that I came across that the Radisson blue in London is an excellent day so thank you for taking part of my amazing vacation."
"This is such a nice hotel for a fair price in a very convenient location to the Heathrow airport. The hotel staff were very helpful. We had an issue reading the last number on our room card and one of the staff noticed in the hallway looking lost and helped us decipher it. hahah The front desk people were also very kind; offering advice on safety and currency as two young female travelers.
I especially loved the kiosk to order an uber to the hotel! So helpful when jet lagged and not having it already downloaded on your phone.
My only complaint would be the water temperature in the shower was lukewarm at best. I had a very quick shower and there were no washcloths—only hand towels. I’m wondering if this is a cultural thing as the other hotel I stayed at on this trip also does not have washcloths. So to all North Americans bring your own washcloths or loofas.
