30 minutes walk to the old twon plus lots of restaurants and pubs around and 5 minutes walk to the beach, Warm friendly helpful staff, thanks for Alfonso and Victor they are very helpful, thanks guys

Nice stay but with some issues
Stayed last year and liked it so much we came back this year . Disappointed with room outlook was at back which was a dumping ground for old pallets , tiles , paint tins etc.Had to contact receptionist as room not cleaned for 3 days so no clean towels or toilet paper.Apart from these issues room was very nice and location perfect

Good location and A/C. Busy pool 😎
One week in early August was fine. Plus points were location and the A/C which was amazing since the week was 30-38 degrees. Not a fan of sun beds round the pool but farcical to see people there at 6am. Cleaning was ok as was the general apartment decor albeit a little dated. Been in Del Carmen many times and cockroaches are not unusual but had 2 or 3 to deal with most days. Large gap under rear door I felt they were getting in. More routine maintenance to plug gaps may be useful tho it’s pretty hard to stop them.

A couple of things to begin with. I had to ask for a safe to be put in my apartment 3 times before it was installed. The kettle was broken but got another fairly quickly. The main problem was that people hogged the sun beds. Towels were out out very early So was not able to get one at all.

Our rating might be a little a little unfair as the resort was due to close for refurbishment 5 days after we left, but I can only speak as we find (we were NOT aware of this when we booked, but that's on the Hotels.com website not the resort). Had we been aware we would have chosen a different location. The apartment looked in need of a big facelift.

Great location
Pretty good and commensurate to the rate paid. Property was clean but could do with an upgrade. Grounds well kept. Beds could do with a comfier mattress. Fantastic location , friendly and accommodating reception staff.

Friends at Labranda
It's is an older style aparthotel. Some of the rooms are tired in places but the place was always spotless. Pool area and gardens were really nice. Location couldn't be better. Overall considering the cost per night it was good value.

Good for being in centre of strip

Don't recommend it.
Not a hotel I would want to stay for an extended period, say more than over night. It is a little tired, rooms are very basic. Bathroom could have done with a re-do. especially around the shower a bit of Cillit Bang goes a long way.

the hotel was clean comfortable but internet was a joke even in the office area could not connect to my work email or internet in general ! the phone bars was also weak so difficult to work ! they should advertise wifi when it does not work !!

I stay here for usually one or two nights when playing in poker tournaments at the casino which is just opposite the property is excellent for my needs and location is superb. It’s clean and friendly and perfect.

I was right at back of complex and TV WASNT AND TE

Great Apartment
Really enjoyed staying here. The location is great as there are no hills to climb and you are right next to the strip. We stayed in a superior room for 1 week which was nice and comfortable. The only thing that I think could be improved is the WiFi hardly works in the apartment. I also don’t understand why you have to pay for any English tv channels. If you don’t pay you get 2 English channels! Considering 90% of the holiday makers were English this just doesn’t make sense.
