Lovley little find
The apartment is compact but had everything you need, close to 2 spars and a few pubs, as I say it's only up half a cardiac hill 😂 from the strip and the beach, the only things I would change is the living curtains didn't close properly and when the light comes in you see it in the bedroom and no English tv so bring a tablet or I pad if you want to watch English things. Place was really clean and Frank was very helpful for the check in process and explained everything well. Would stay again if returning and it was available

Beautiful contemporary refurbished fully equipped clean apartment in the heart of Puerto del Carmen! A few minutes walk to the beach as well as to bars and restaurants, supermarket on the opposite side of the road, can't get any easier! Loved the place I would definatrly recommend to anyone! Thank you to Sandra who adapted to our arrival and departure times :)

Gemütlich und sauber in optimaler Lage!
Das Apartment war sauber, modern und gemütlich. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer sowie die Berge. Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es nur drei Gehminuten. Vor der Haustür gibt es einen Spar-Supermarkt. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde dieses Apartment in Puerto del Carmen als Alleinreisende oder auch zu zweit jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch die freundliche Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern sowie der Check In und Check Out liefen einwandfrei! Immer wieder gerne :-)

Schöner Lanzarote Urlaub 2022
Wir sind bis jetzt nur in Apartments gereist und sind von diesem sehr begeistert. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was benötigt wird und noch mehr. Der Kontakt war gut und sehr nett. Frank der sich vor Ort um alles kümmert ist wirklich ein sehr lieber und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Wir sind normalerweise nicht in solchen Touristischen Orten sondern abgelegen. Jedoch liegt das Apartment dafür, dass es schon sehr touristisch ist gut. Man hört keinen Lärm von der Bars und Restaurants.

Moderne kleine Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe
Wir haben unseren diesjährigen Strandurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung zu zweit verbracht für 7 Tage. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen optimal. Sie ist offen und modern eingerichtet. Ein morderner Flatscreen TV mit deutschen Sendern, sowie einer Musikanlage bieten die Möglichkeit, auch innerhalb der Wohnung zu entspannen. Die Küche ist mit 2 Kochplatten, 2 Pfannen und 3 Töpfen ausgestattet und bietet dadurch genug Platz und Möglichkeiten, selbst zu kochen. Der Kühl- und Gefrierschrank haben uns für eine Woche mehr als genug Platz geboten. Auf dem kleinen Balkon haben wir sehr gerne unseren Abend genossen. Hier können an einem kleinen Wäscheständer auch die nassen Badesachen aufgehängt werden. Das Bett war äußerst bequem und bietet zusätzlich Stauraum im Bettkasten. Sehr praktisch! Handtücher, sowie Badetücher waren vorhanden und müssen nicht selbst mitgebracht werden. Die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung hat sich ebenfalls bewährt, da wir nur mit Handgepäck im Urlaub waren und so einmal waschen mussten. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN, welches reibungslos funktioniert hat. Am meisten begeistert hat uns die unmittelbare Strandnähe! In max. 3 Minuten ist man am Strand. Das ist wirklich super! Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls innerhalb von 1 Minute Fußweg erreichbar. Ein günstigerer Lidl ist etwa 900 Meter entfernt und auch gut erreichbar (auch ohne Auto). Die Strandpromenade ist wie der Strand in 3 Minuten erreicht und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen, aber auch für Urlaubsshopping. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super! Wir wurden von Sandra (die Ferienwohnungbetreuerin) sehr sehr herzlich empfangen und durch die Wohnung geführt. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Schlüssel. Am Gebäudeeingang ist ein kleiner Safe, in dem man die Schlüssel verstauen kann, wenn man sie nicht mit zum Strand nehmen möchte. Wir sind/waren begeistert und haben die Wohnung schon im Bekanntenkreis weiter empfohlen. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Lanzarote kommen, werden wir bestimmt wieder diese Wohnung mieten. Für diesen Preis bekommt man eine wirklich schöne Wohnung! Absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub, zu dem die Wohnung sehr viel beigetragen hat! Viele Grüße, David und Saskia

Appartamento attrezzato e confortevole
Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato positivo. L'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto quello che serve. La casa era pulita e ci erano stati forniti asciugamani, lenzuola e teli mare. I proprietari e Sandra sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Lo terremo da conto per un futuro soggiorno a Lanzarote!

Zweckmäßig und umfangreich ausgestattet.
Haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, denn man braucht nur 5 min. bis zum sehr schönen Strand. Klimaanlage sollte kostenfrei in der Miete enthalten sein, denn 5€ pro Tag ist zu hoch.

Nettes Apartment in guter Lage
Prima Apartment in guter Lage. Zum Meer sind es 200 m, gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe zu finden, Supermärkte auch in nächster Nähe und vor allem nachts ist es ruhig. Zum Hafen spaziert man ca 1 km. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles zu finden, was man benötigt. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Herd, etc. Sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Balkon ist etwas klein, aber zu zweit ausreichend und auch Platz zum trocknen der Strandtücher, die übrigens auch vorhanden sind. Das Doppelbett ist Teil der Wohnung und nicht in einem separaten Schlafzimmer, aber optisch getrennt. Die Reservierung und Bezahlung, sowie der Kontakt war völlig unproblematisch, bzw. äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles in allem ein prima Apartment, das wir jederzeit wieder anmieten würden.

Perfekte Unterkunft, die wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt
Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf Lanzarote sehr genossen. Dies haben wir auch der tollen Ferienwohnungen zu verdanken. Die Unterkunft liegt keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Ausgestattet ist sie mit allem, was während des Aufenthaltes benötigt wird - vom Balkon mit Meerblick bis zu zahlreichen Küchenutensilien. Zudem verlief die Übergabe problemlos und wir erhielten zusätzlich erste Tipps für die Zeit auf der Insel. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft allen zukünftigen Urlaubern mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter.
