"We only stayed one night but I do like a cup of tea at night late and i was very disappointed to see that one of the mugs in the room was chipped, I thought that was unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Also the windows were very dirty on the outside, it looked like that they had not been washed in quite a long time"
