"The receptionist was amazing! She was super kind to my child, warm and friendly. Her English was impeccable which made everything seamless. The room was beautifully presented and the views from this corner room were fabulous. There was a free bus pass with the hotel, a bus stop literally outside with frequent timings and took ten minutes into town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff are courteous and professional and the hotel is clean and light with spacious rooms. "

"I couldn't fault my stay at hotel Franziskaner. My room was very comfortable. I upgraded my room to have my own shower, a bit more expensive but it was worth it. I had breakfast every morning which was plentiful and as much coffee as i wanted. It was a 15 minute walk to the bus/train station which was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly. "

"Just an amazing place for a vacation and getaway to get a true mountain Swiss countryside feeling. The staff friendliness and hotel amenities are a class above what you will find anywhere. "This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap."
