"Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not a great experience. One of the biggest issues was the constant noise from nearby construction. It started early in the morning and continued throughout the day, making it very difficult to rest or enjoy the room. This was never mentioned when we made the reservation. Additionally, we had some concerns with the billing. It seemed like the hotel attempted to charge us extra fees that were not clearly explained at the time of booking, which was frustrating and required us to double-check the charges. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much better experience. For the same cost, we could have stayed somewhere quieter and more comfortable. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations and we hope the hotel improves transparency and informs guests about the surrounding construction in the future."
