"My first room had several issues, but the staff responded quickly and moved me to another room. The second room was better, though the desk chair appeared dirty and the wall behind the desk had stains that looked like spilled coffee. Fortunately, it didn't have the same problems as the first room. ..."

"TERRIBLE! This hotel was filthy and needs some serious updating. The check in line took over an hour and the employees told us that is normal. There was only one elevator that worked and it was always full, so you would have to take it up in order to go down. The staff was rude!! Food was terrible!! ..."
