8 minutes from the Strip. 5 minutes from Old Downtown & Fremont Street. It's a prime and central spot to be.

Our beautiful, spacious modern mid-century homes offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large backyard with a pool, back patio space to hang out, chill, party. While you're there you can see the Stratosphere, it's a beautiful sight especially at night.

For walking distance, there's the Haunted Mansion to explore down the street. Art District is just a 10 minute walk away where there's a bunch of brunch spots, breweries, restaurants, ice cream shops, vintage stores, and so much more!

5 minute drive, you will reach Fremont Street where there's a the famous Fremont Experience, Old Downtown Casinos, bars, restaurants, and the container park! A great spot if you're looking for something lively and off the Strip!

8-10min drive (depending on traffic) to the STRIP! You already know that's where Vegas is alive!
