"The resort itself is nice enough, but the check in is a bit awkward, as it is not on sight, it is in a strip mall on the main road. The only complaint and it is a small one was I thought, perhaps incorrectly a single load of laundry detergent was included with the rental.. but none were. Again this could have been my misunderstanding, but at other place I have stayed that had washers and driers in the unit, a starter pack of soap was included."

"The property was super overall! Very nice pool. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was fabulously comfortable! The twin beds in the second bedroom were a tad small. My 16 year old teenage son said the bed was too short (he’s 5 ft 10 in). I appreciated the washer, dryer and laundry detergent that was provided. The Shout stain remover was a thoughtful touch! My only complaint, that has nothing to do with the unit, is we visited at the end of July. This is apparently peak season for rotting sargassum seaweed which smells like rotten eggs. (Photo included of the normally nice beach covered in seaweed.)Overall this unit was very nice and we appreciate the restaurant and activity suggestions from the host. She was very quick to respond to any questions! "

"The place was clean, neat, well decorated, and very pleasant. The kitchen was very nice, well organized, well stocked with necessary items, and neat. The bedroom and bathroom were also spotless and tastefully decorated. The balcony although small provided some breathtaking views of the horizon! The grounds were clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it to everyone!"

"After an air conditioning issue slightly delayed our check-in, Armando and his team made everything right and we were settled and comfortable by 6 o’clock. The place was very, very clean and the combination of comfortable indoor space and an outstanding outdoor space made our stay extremely enjoyable. we made good use of the spa tub, and it was set at the perfect temperature, cooling us down at the end of the day, Armando was very responsive to any questions that we had and we would happily stay there again."

"We specifically booked this area because we were meeting up with family that live in Tavernier. The location was perfect. The grounds were very nice. The dock going out to the water was impressive, we had a great time!"
