"From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel welcome—offering a warm greeting, a complimentary drink, and even helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. They did a room change for us our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of exceptional—fresh pastries, croissants, fruits, etc made-to-order omelets, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and tea . Service was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff.❤️❤️❤️🙏👏👏👏👏👏Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and personalized. They anticipated my needs, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. This was, without question, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. "Facility is clean, in good location but the rooms upstairs were so short which you cannot stand up. It would be difficult to get out if in case an emergency occurs. Otherwise it is a good stay."
