7.8/10 Good! (962 reviews)
Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Our driver in the morning asked for €30,00 but the hotel booking and emails from the hotel clearly stated it was €25,00.
The room was warm and the air conditioner unit didn’t work efficiently. But the bed was comfortable and I actually slept well.
Would have been nice to have complimentary water bottles.
The room could use some upgrades and some thorough dusting. Also the lighting was quite dim throughout. Too dim for my aging eyes.

Beautiful location and good selection for breakfast, but poor air conditioning and not very walkable to nearby areas like the train station. Still remains an excellent value.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,337 reviews)
"One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe. The hotel was clean and updated. Room was a great size. Bathroom was quite large for European standards. The AC worked great. The staff were so helpful. The location is a bit outside the main sights but that made it quieter and more relaxed. I would ..."
