"I have stayed at The Scottsdale Parkview Resort at least 6 other times. This is a classic 1970's or 80's hotel. I love ❤️ the swimming pool! They could replace the patio furniture, but the ambiance is wonderful 👌. The beds are comfortable and the linens fresh and white. The bathroom and vanity are very clean, and the towels are white and soft. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 💛"

"I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised 24/7 reception — my flight got delayed and I didn't arrive until 3:40 AM. Turns out the front desk is actually closed from 3 to 5 AM, which is nowhere mentioned on the Expedia listing. When I arrived, the person at the desk first told me they were closed and that 24/7 service wasn't accurate, which was confusing given that's exactly what I'd booked based on. After some back-and-forth, I was eventually let into my room, but the experience was stressful and unnecessary. If your hours have exceptions, please update the listing — false advertising on a basic feature like reception availability shouldn't happen, especially for late-arriving travelers who depend on it. Room was otherwise clean, the facility was nice. I booked a room not facing the courtyard due to the other reviews stating it can be loud."

"We stayed in the gold view villas which in my opinion are the best rooms and with the upgrade because it has a kitchenette. The staff was absolutely fantastic especially when checking in and we didn’t get the room we thought we booked so they took care of it. I always workout while traveling and their gym is huge with a nice variety of equipment if you are a serious lifter like me. The restaurant was easy and the bar had a great adult feel. The adult pool was right by our villa so that was perfect."

"A beautiful property in the heart of Tempe. We chose it because it was close to our daughter’s home, but also within walking distance of restaurants. The best hotel shower I’ve had (I dislike bathtubs) with a wonderful sage and lavender shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff was helpful and time we had a question. The only negative was the road noise — loud car engines and motorcycles on University Street —outside our 4th floor window. Not the hotel’s fault. But if you are sensitive to loud noises you should ask for a room that faces south. I fell asleep quickly anyway because the bed and pillows were so comfortable."
