"We had an amazing weekend at Honeycreek Hideaway with our family and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed.Some of our favorite memories were gathered around the dining room table playing dominoes and games together every evening. During the day, we spent most of our time on the back deck enjoying the view while the kids fished from the shoreline and swam in the lake right from the backyard. Having our WaveRunners tied up behind the house all weekend was incredibly convenient and made getting out on the water quick and easy.After long days on the lake, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax. We also cooked dinner every night, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals for our whole family. The large driveway easily accommodated all of our vehicles and trailers, making parking a breeze.This is the perfect place for families looking to enjoy Grand Lake while making great memories together. We had such a wonderful time that we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate-you won’t be disappointed!"

"We may be more particular than most people. In our room (402), the door to the balcony needs repaired as is hard to open & the shower nozzle needs replaced. Cleaning of the room was just okay/not excellent. Pool area was beautiful & Doc’s was a nice amenity. We were particularly disappointed in the Summit Restaurant, which has excellent service but the food quality was lacking. Everything was heavily over-peppered. Overall Shanghai-La Resort is a beautiful facility in a gorgeous location. We just maybe expected a little higher standard in our room."

"Hosts thought of everything you could possibly want. There was even a hammock which was a real treat. The bed was absolutely comfortable. There was a little glitch with the entry code but as quickly as I texted it was rebooted. It’s a charming setting with the elevated walkway through the woods to the water. The small watercraft were in pretty bad shape so we didn’t use them. Lovely weekend despite the heat!"

"My son and I had the best time. It was perfect size for both of us. The proximity to everything we had to do was great! We want to come back again when we don’t have a baseball tournament! Really was a nice place. Bed was comfortable and I’m a fussy sleeper! It was so fun! Thank you!"
