Facing east/southeast, beautiful views of the village and the slopes. 300 m from the Chavannes cable car, 200 m from the Mt Chéry cable car, and 200 m from the bus station. Sheets and towels included in the rental. Central heating. Sheets and towels included in the rental in winter.

Description: - entrance hall - shower room (sink, shower, washing machine) - separate toilet - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) + cupboard - Living/dining room equipped with 1 TV, access to the balcony, with breathtaking views of the village and slopes - Equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, refrigerator, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, cupboards with kitchenware) - 1 walk-through bedroom equipped with 2 double beds (140) (velux) + chest of drawers giving access to 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) (velux) + storage and 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90) (small window) + cupboard - 1 shower room (sink, shower) - central heating. Apartment located under the slope of the roof, heights less than 1.80m in the bedrooms. Ski locker on the ground floor.

- Linen (sheets and towels) is included in the rental price during the winter season. Please note that this is a paid option during short stays and the summer season. Housekeeping is not included in the rental; it is a paid option.
