"The hotel is clean with friendly and warm staff. It's conveniently located near public transportation, and quiet due to its distance from major tourist activities. They could offer a more varied breakfast menu."

"A great place to stay. Very comfortable room and bed with a good, strong shower. Very quiet during the night.
And... great breakfast in the morning with excellent service."
"Great hotel, super clean, high room quality. I would say it’s great for staying at if you need to be near the airport, not much on that side of the river though so if you are at something like the excel stay in the hotels that side of the river. Great view of the runway. "
"I love the way the hotel looks like a cruise ship. The rooms look like cabins and are named after people they have helped around the world. It's in a lovely area, but so far away from the city, but great for the Excel and the O2 (via the new cable car). Lovely staff too!"
"My stay was amazing we enjoyed our 2 days break away and many thanks to Nayem for changing our room for a river view that was kind and thoughtful of him I will be returning sometime soon.
Double tree by Hilton Excel is the place to be.only one thing I wish there was a sauna or swimming pool but never mind."
"Stayed here for an easy quick walk to the Excel London for a weekend convention.
Lovely staff at the front desk when i arrived. I was in one of the rooms in the "annex building" which across the road above shops. They let me check in when i arrived at 1pm bedore the 2pm stated time and the guy walked me across the road to the room.
Nice room looks newly decorated with modern bathroom including a rainfall shower. The room was advertised as a single bed but there was a double bed so that was a nice bonus. In the room was an electric fan, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, kettle with cup. spoon, sugar tea and cofee. There was hangers and a shelf above. The shelf was dusty.
Wifi included. The smart tv has access to all the streaming serviced bht you need your own logins."
