I reserved a one bedroom and was downgraded to a king suite w/out being told. We got in our room only to find out, went back downstairs and they told us. Said there was nothing they could do about it. Woke up Sunday morning w/ no hot water.

We loved the hot tub and the large room with kitchen. It’s very hard to find hotels with hot tubes, but this one did and we loved it!!!

The pool and hot tub was open until 11 and was was clean. When I got there it was lit up and the service desk was standing waiting to greet me! Very nice people and the breakfast was good too.

Comfortable safe and accessible
We had a wonderful time. I need a late check out and they were very accomidating. Breakfast had a large hot and cold selection. Hot tub and pool were clean we basically had ot to ourselves everyday. I would 💯 recommend staying there!!

It was fun while it lasted!
After years of using this hotel for business trips, we are moving on to another hotel who has our best interest at heart. Their refusal to budge on cancellations or late check ins is absurd. They made $$ money off of double reservations!

BEWARE of policies
We use this hotel for business frequently. I booked through hotels.com, paid the "insurance"... my coworker checked in a day late. Instead of working with us, Residence Inn decided not to work with Hotels.com to help with a refund. It's not the first time this has happened. Good thing there are BETTER quality hotels on the circle.

Comfortable stay
Room was clean and well stocked with dishes and other convenience items. We didnt have sheets for our couch bed and the front desk hand delivered them almost immediately upon request. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

Good but not good beds
They stay over all great, but bed/matresses seem super cheap and bouncy, if you have 2 in a bed, if one person moves the bed shakes :( But staff friendly place clean, nice facilities!
