Things that could be better: USB plugs in my room didn’t work, a bit of unpleasant smell from the drain in the shower."

They made dinner arrangements for us each night, scheduled a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and I and even gave us a last minute late checkout. All the staff was wonderful from the bartenders Manuel and Mariela, to the wait staff Julian. All the restaurants were delicious. We felt so taken care of. It was an amazing trip. Will 100% come back."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at Dreams Los Cabos. The staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. Simple requests were either ignored or met with poor attitudes, which made the experience frustrating and far from relaxing. Customer service is a major part of any resort stay, and unfortunately, this property fell well below expectations. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend it to others looking for quality service."
