"The Rooms were very clean, breakfast was great and the location is wonderful and the staff amazing . The parking is far from the hôtel and the bar was not serviced, also the place does not accommodante people with disabilities . You had to lift your luggage up a few stairs 3-4 and then you were at reception. We are fit , but some are not and that is a bit underwhelming."

"Loved our stay at NH City Life. We had the outdoor terrace and the mini pool. It was a perfect place to come back to after a hot day sightseeing. The location is a bit out of the main area of the city but a very short uber ride or the metro were great means of getting around!"

"Great location and hooray for A/C in the hot summer. I traveled solo and found the location and hotel to be safe and conveniently located. The gym was fine and I wish there had been a minifridge and microwave in the room. Staff were friendly."

"There was construction going on in the basement when we first arrived that was quite loud. The front desk offered to move our room immediately and even brought us a bottle of prosecco and cookies to apologize for the inconvenience. Front desk also assisted in booking a taxi to get us to the airport in a reasonable manor. Would 10/10 book again. Beautiful room and great experience overall!"

"Hotel was very clean and you can see it has been renovated to look modern. Room was decent size and bathroom had good hygiene products. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the breakfast selection is limited. All that appealed to me every morning was toast and a croissant, so it wasn’t worth paying for that. I would suggest adding fruit that you don’t have to peel like berries"

"The hotel design has character and it is easily one of the most memorable hotels I have been in. The junior suite lacked the separate reception area you come to expect but it was big for a bedroom. The bathroom was also incredibly big. Good location with a tram stop in front of the hotel, about 2 minutes walk. Average breakfast, only had a steam room no sauna and you have to book to use the place even as a hotel guest."
