The Reception, Bar and Restaurant staff were extremely friendly and most professional. The Breakfast/restaurant food was exceptionally good. Our room was very comfortable. On-site parking availability could not be faulted.

We arrived at Kilmurry Lodge after a long drive from Dublin in the rain that was much longer than expected. Check in was seamless and then we went to the restaurant for an excellent meal to unwind and relax. Overall the service was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was varied and delicious. The rooms was a bit warmer than we wanted but the hotel had the heat of because of a cold snap the week before. Location was great. easy to get to city center, or the west coast. Lots of parking made the travel easy. All in all this was an excellent way to start our holiday.

This hotel was very close to the university which was very convenient for us. The only issue we had was that when other guests closed their doors or shouted in the passage, it was very noisy.

Adequate but could be better
The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was excellent and service equally good. The room was somewhat spartan - due to Covid or Hotel Policy I don't know but my room lacked wardrobe space, a table and chair which didn't match and no comfy chairs just to relax in....Why??

Staff friendly and helpful but need more on reception to avoid delay. Room very basic but seemed clean. It was a hrim environment, needs some cheering up. Avoid room 503 - bed is awful. Squeaks, creaks and can’t move without disturbing self or others
