Garden Cottage 2 is one of two self-catering properties situated within the owners’ beautiful gardens. Located on the first floor, Garden Cottage 2 is a cosy holiday home sleeping up to four people and is surrounded by rolling countryside. It is situated in between the town of Haslemere and the village of Liphook. Sleeping four guests, it has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, a lovely shower room with shower cubicle, and a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living/dining room with double sofa bed for two guests.

The cottage is located on the edge of the much prized village of Bramshott just 2 miles from Liphook village offering a range of local shopping, including a supermarket and mainline station. The larger village of Grayshott is 3 miles away offering an extensive collection of day to day shopping needs including a popular butcher and independent vintner, doctor’s surgery, two mini supermarkets and a collection of restaurants and a public house. Haslemere also 5 miles away with a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.

There is so much on offer in this beautiful part of the South of England with the Goodwood Estate world known for its racing, golfing and horse racing and home to the famous Festival of Speed and Revival, Cowdray Estate for polo, golf at Liphook and sailing off the south coast at Chichester and Emsworth Harbour. Bramshott borders Surrey and Hampshire with excellent walking, cycling and riding opportunities across Frensham Great and Little Pond and also across nearby countryside including Waggoners Wells, Bramshott Common, Ludshott Common, Passfield Common and The Devil’s Punchbowl. The South Downs are also nearby.

Within easy reach are beaches at Hayling Island, West Wittering and Bognor Regis, the picturesque sailing village of Bosham, Arundel with its historic castle and antique shops and the historic cathedral city of Chichester with its festival theatre and array of shops. The nautical city of Portsmouth with Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quays designer outlets and waterside dining are also within easy reach.
