Reception staff were very kind and informative. Apartment was older but nice and had featured amenities. Good Location very close to Avenida da liberdade and several restaurants. Not too hilly in this particular area of Lisbon. There is taxi stand right next to hotel and Uber also very easy to get from this location

Location was absolutely perfect! Christina, the front desk employee, was incredible and very helpful. Rooms are wonderful, spacious, and perfectly spacious for our family of 4. Incredibly safe area, even at night. Would definitely come back!

Amazing apartments, super spacious, great water pressure in shower, bed was comfy. Short walk to the main attractions. Staff are great and friendly. Very helpful with anything we needed. I would definí recommend and would come back if returning to Lisbon

We liked the Altis Suites apartment hotel. Great location, close to everything - excursion bus stop, ~ 1 km, to shopping, train. 1 bdr apartment has 2 beds, queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in living room. Room service was everyday. Next time we will stay there.

The condition of the Altis suite is poor. Some of the kitchen cabinets are falling down. The property is not handicap friendly. The bathroom is dangerous for elderly people. There is only a bathtub so tall without a handrail. It was easily to slip and fall even with a healthy person. I travel with my older sister. I requested to change room with a walking shower. They didn't have it. Too many stairs.

The property is at the best location in the town with everything walkable and all amenities close by. The only thing I did not like was no provision of making tea and charged us 10 euros for tea dips. Even a complementary bottle of water was not there in the suit, which was again charged in the bill.

Convenient location but mediocre facilities
Not as good as pics showed. Spacious rooms, decently furnished but felt enclosed, smelly and airless. Only windows overlooked a dark inaccessible terrace. Frontdesk was absent most of the time and had to go nextdoor to the sister Altis Grand hotel desk for attention. Phones were rarely answered. Thin walls let in neighbors noise.

A great value suite in excellent location. Breakfast in hotel next door was a highlight and great value. Location also great for exploring the city on foot or public transport. Grocery store very close and open late. Spacious suite with plenty of storage space. Furniture is a bit tired and the kitchenette could do with updating but for a short city break it gave us what we needed - a fridge, kettle and somewhere to make up packed lunch. A great value option in a great location.

Wish we could have stayed longer and used the apartment features of the property. It certainly had all the comforts of home. It was clean, quite, easy access and staff were all very friendly. We used the restaurant, bar and shop located in the Altis Grand located next door. The location was excellent, easy walk to the center of Lisbon and to our tour arrangements. We would definetly stay here again.

The suit has three rooms and is spacious for one or two. The rooms are very clean. The two TVs are small but not a big issue.The small sofa is the sitting room is too soft and should be replaced. Bathroom is excellent except that water always comes out when taking shower.

Suites were great, hotel was not friendly
Room was spacious and great amenities. Staff was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The Grand Hotel staff was very rude and not accomodating. I guess we dressed casual and they didn't appreciate it.

Found the set up strange.
Room was good but didnt like the way it was set up. The suites is next door to the main hotel so you had to exit and go to the main building if you wanted to eat or to use the gym. If you used the pool you had to put on your robe and walk down the street and thru the main lobby to the elevator. Just found this strange since the hotel was in the Rodeo Drive of Lisbon.

Fantastic Trip to Lisbon
The staff was fantastic, service was outstanding. Our room was clean everyday, dishes were washed. The room was always stocked. Room service was fantastic and the breakfast buffet and on location restaurants were also fantastic.

Lovely central spacious accommodation!
Perfect place to stay with a lot more space than your average hotel room. Facilities at the hotel next door were excellent and the receptionist at the Suites Reception Desk were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.
