Fantastic hotel, have no complaints at all. Staff lovely and super helpful. Room and hotel spotless. Breakfast very good. Would like a bar in the hotel serving drinks. The area the hotel is in is fairly run down and a little dubious. However, we had no issues living there. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy during the night. Not too bad if window shut. Metro stations very close to the hotel. I would stay here again, just for the cleanliness, high standard of rooms and friendly staff.

Had a one night stay here before leaving Lisbon. Their rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast offered looked good, though we couldnt stay and were given a takeout box to grab a few items. Overall was a nice stay.

I found the hotel to be very good and exellent value for money the rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was really good value with exellent choice and the staff on reception very helpful the only downside was the hotel was not central but only 2 minutes from a metro station which was onlt 10 mins ride from rossio when in lisbon again i would definitely stay here again

An excellent place to stay for an affordable price. 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station and close to the historic areas as well. Hotel is very clean, modern and newly renovated. Staffs were friendly and helpful. This is not a fancy hotel and I did not expect it to be since it was one of the cheapest price available but it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. I wouldn’t have a second thought of staying here again the next time I visit Lisbon.

Superb staff
The hotel is located two minutes from the metro. Lots of amenities in the neighbourhood. The best part for us, was the front desk staff..Daniella, Tiago, Benedita and others went out of their way to give us recommendations for restaurants and sites. They made our stay special..we will remember them for this.

My flight arrived very late in the evening. Beatrize (spelling?) at the front desk was prompt in answering my online questions on how to get to the hotel. The two gentlemen at the front desk were professional when I arrived 1:00am! It was nice to have a clean room, bed, and bathroom to rest. The location is great and the subway is near (only a few blocks away)!

Second visit
This is the second time we've stayed here and we will come back. It is very easy to get to as it is within feet of the subway that can take you to the port area or the airport. The hotel is very clean and the shower is great. The breakfast is just ok. There's a lot of places to eat and pick up groceries all around the hotel.

Hotel is in convenient location. You can have bus or subway. Also, when we arrived at the hotel 1 hour before the check-in time, they gave us our room right away. The size if the room is enough for two people. We recommend it to everyone.

Tolle Unterkunft
Sind zu wiederholten Male dort untergekommen und es war wie immer hervorragend. Zimmer, Service und vor Allem die sehr gute Anbindung an die City und Flughafen (Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür ) sind ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Lissabon.

Situated in front of heavy traffic and therefore very noisy, the outside area was run down. However the hotel in great condition and the staff excellent, extra acknowledgement to Rute who checked us in and was very helpful with questions we had and making arrangements for morning shuttle and breakfast!
