"From start to end. My stay at EPIC Sana was nothing short of spectacular. The reception desk(s) was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and my room was amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was one of the nicest and friendliest hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. The doormen, bartenders, cleaning staff, spa staff, all top notch. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone deciding on a hotel in Lisbon. Awesome location as well. I walked everywhere!"

"I stayed with my mom in Chiado, Lisbon, and really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The view from our room was also excellent and made our mornings extra special. The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t quite live up to my expectations or the reviews I had read. Still, this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Lisbon!"
