Front desk should have been friendlier and more helpful. A map and clear directions would have been appreciated. Breakfast and breakfast staff were outstanding ! Carpets are dirty and should be replaced in hallways. Interesting shower set up water leaks o to the floors.

Exceptional !!!
Great location with lot of great shopping and restaurants around. Hotel staff was very accommodating and took care of everything from recommendations to small treats to make stay pleasant. On our last night, we had a mishap on a tour bus which made getting dinner impossible. We called the hotel to learn about options and when we got back, they left us sandwiches, fruits and drinks in our room. We were blown away by their kindness and wonderful reception! Feeling felt is what hospitality is about. A+

They have a cockroach and bug problem at the hotel and I am not sure if anything is done about it. The building is poorly built and already you can see wearing out on some facilities without proper repair. Has a lot of potential though. The pool is nice and staff are very friendly.

Great hotel! We stayed here on the last leg of our 10-Day trip to Portugal, and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax a bit. They gave us a room upgrade for our anniversary and even sent some Champaign to the room. Our room and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent. It’s not the most centrally located, but it’s a short walk to the metro.

Ok but not amazing.
It was fine but not the luxury experience that we were hoping for. The rooftop bar did not open until 12 so you could not get a drink if you were sitting at the pool before then. It then closed at 6 or 7 so you could not have a drink or snack and sit out in the evening and appreciate the view. The jacuzzi was not working. The rooftop was what attracted us to the hotel so it's limitations were disappointing. In addition to this the hotel did not take the bed cushions etc in overnight or when it was predicted to rain so it was soaked through in the mornings from condensation and also from the rain. It would have taken very little effort to make this happen. There was no kettle or tea and coffee facilities in the room. No minibar in the room, only one small bottle of water left each day even though the occupancy was for 2 people. Whilst the staff were lovely and tried to be very helpful the experience felt a bit impersonal and underwhelming. In addition as a Hotel.com gold VIP there were offers for early checkin and late checkout and a room upgrade were available. We arrived at 11.30am and no early checkin available, no upgrade available and after pushing very hard we managed to get a late checkout for 1.15pm instead of 12pm.

The staff were fantastic - nothing was a problem. The hotel was perfect - great rooms, outdoor rooftop pool heated Year round, and superb location for exploring Lisbon! We will come back and stay here again

The staff was kind & helpful. Our room thermometer did not work correctly which caused the room to be cold. After our second night we were moved to another room, but there was no reduction to price we paid or complimentary consideration offered to us. The rooms are an open concept and do not provide comfortable bathroom privacy. The rooms are small & don’t offer sufficient space to hang clothes, towels or robes.

Quiet street location with easy walking access to nice park and good restaurants. Safe, not so touristy area. Note Expedia site states free, valet parking. It was neither free (20 euros), nor valet.

Good design hotel
Great hotel with modern interior and good design. We had room 307 that looked onto an unappealing courtyard. Rooms are tight and location is not the best. Staff is incredible!

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, and very clean. Unfortunately it was far from the main tourist areas so we had to Uber into those areas every day. We just did not realize the distance. One thing....the bathroom area is surrounded y mirrors, and open glass to the bed area. It made it very difficult to have privacy in the sink area. I am not sure why they had a window like divider between the two areas. At least offer a curtain to close it if someone wants privacy.

Not the best valur!
Over all we liked our stay! The location is good and the staff was very good! We were disappointd that there were no kleenex in the room, which for 4 star hotel was disappointing! Compared to similar hotels in the area we thought it was overpriced! The most concerning issue was the shower was dangerously slippery!

Was only there 2 a few nights but the experience overall was great. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The only suggestion I would have is to add an Nespresso machine to rooms and a kettle for tea.

Wow what an amazing stay. Started before we even got there we booked the hotels car service to pick us up from the airport (didn’t thing much of it you expect the normal baz or what ever) but getting picked up and collected In a Tesla model x for a nerd like me what a great way to kickoff the weekend. Alexander who picked us up gave us lots a great tips on the journey in. Exceptional service From the hotel staff always happy to help and very very attentive this is medium hotel with a small boutique hotel feel. They went above and beyond we even came back to a bottle of fizz and cake In the room one afternoon as it was Mrs birthday what a great surprise The roof top pool and bar is a super funky place to hand out. The room was well laid out we a great space saving design

Excellent Stay
Excellent stay. Welcoming and helpful staff. COVID test for travelers on site, free parking, delicious breakfast. The bar/ restaurant on the rooftop is great. The pool was completely crowded and people were not spaced up, donee didn’t get to enjoy it much, due to health prevention restrictions. Hopefully next time.

Great stay.
The hotel really looked after us - an upgrade to a balcony room and also the use of a meeting room for a long work call. Can’t fault our stay - so much so we are heading back there again soon.

Just had the most brilliant holiday here. Very stylish hotel, lovely friendly staff and amazing attention to detail. I had my birthday there and in the morning the breakfast staff bought me over cake with a candle. Then when we got back to our room later there was a bottle of fizz and macarons! There was a good choice at breakfast, and gluten free muffins and toast are available (just ask). Vegan options too. Pool and bar area are fabulous. Reception staff were always happy to book a cab if we didn't fancy a walk to the Metro. Tip: the hotel is up a hill (like everywhere in Lisbon). So walk down the hill to Marques de Pombal (10 mins) but when you're coming back get off at S. Sebastio, walk through the mall, across the top of the park and down the hill. (12 mins) That way you're not going up the hill. All in all, an amazing time and a great place to stay.

Room still had room cards from the previous guest. When doing check-out the room was still registered to the previous guest...then we had to wait and wait till they figured out the problem. The room is tiny and electronic lights are complicated.
