Hotel itself is beautiful. It’s clean, aesthetically pleasing and the rooms etc are a good size.
Didn’t use the spa. Wanted to but I wasn’t aware before booking that you have to wear a swimming hat which they charge 10 euros for, in the spa. It just made a little less comfortable in my opinion.
I had a massage which was really poor value for money. I asked for a back and shoulder massage with deep tissue/hard pressure, but she applied minimal pressure and massaged my legs etc also. Maybe a language barrier and maybe I wasn’t clear enough. But I felt sad handing over 60 euros for this.
There was building work being done in the room opposite me so I heard banging and drilling etc a lot in the afternoons and wasn’t warned of this sadly.
The hotel- beautiful. Location was a little further from the centre than I’d hoped but Ubers are super cheap and I never found it difficult to get into town.
