As noted friendly and helpful staff and modern well cleaned room and excellent hospitality- a $20euro breakfast buffet was complete if pricey. The area is on the upswing but a little off the main avenues and with areas of construction.

Best hotel that I stayed in during my trip to Spain and Portugal. Hotel is only 6 months old so hotel room was in excellent condition. Also front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions.

This smallish hotel was wonderful. The room was great. The water pressure in the shower was incredible. That staff was very helpful. The only negative note was the breakfast buffet. The hotel's owner insisted on charging 20 euros for mostly cold food plus badly cooked scrambled eggs. No option for eggs to order. A truly bad deal. But don't be put off: right nextdoor is a little coffee shop that was great for light breakfasts.

Why would you stay anywhere else. These people are well versed in the art of hospitality. It was an extended stay, a solo trip for business and pleasure so I needed a place that was conveniently located and where my belongings will be safe while I was away in short trips to neighboring cities and towns. Close to everything but when you returned to the hotel it was just peace, quiet and security. Love their breakfast but specially looove their staff ... Ana, Afonso, Sharmeen, Natalia, Magadalena are simply the best at what they do. I will be back and can't even imagine staying anywhere else. Elean L. Coconut Grove, Florida

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They provide excellent service and were very informative of all the amenities available to visitors. The location is great, just walk down the hill and you'll walk straight into downtown Lisbon. There are also great cafes and restaurants nearby as well.

Loved the front desk staff, very friendly and helpful to guide and provide services.The area around was wonderful, safe, easily walkable. The room itself was cleaned daily, easily accessible, and had good amenities.

I spent a week at Next Level and it was the best! The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and clean. I work in a hotel and we don’t offer ANY of what Next Level spoiled me with as a welcome gift. The building was also kept very clean. The breakfast was lovely. It is located in a very convenient area as well! I was about to get to everywhere I wanted in under 15 minutes! The food options are also endless. At checkout, they wanted my feedback on how they could’ve been better and I had nothing negative to say. I will be coming back! Thank you Next Level for your hospitality!

Rooms are small and outdated
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately once you step into the lift, you quickly realise that the same investment in terms of refurbishment has not been spent throughout the hotel. The wallpaper in the lift is dated. The rooms are extremely small (even smaller than Paris or New York standard). The quality of furniture isn’t great and shows a lot of signs of wear and tear. With a name like “next level”, you expect the standard to be next level across the board which unfortunately it’s not.

I loved my stay at next level, the staff is super friendly and make sure you have the best experience. My only suggestion would be to add a microwave in the common area. Had an amazing time!

Just spent three nights in this hotel with my husband. Location about 20 min walk to the city centre. For us once we went out after having breakfast we were out out. Room very modern and clean. Mendi owner could not do enough for us along with the rest of the staff in this establishment. We will definitely be back and we will be recommeding this Hotel to our familes and friends. 🇮🇪

I stayed at this hotel at the end of my trip. I had been to 5 other hotels. This was my favorite. Impeccable room. Friendly staff and great breakfast. They even have conditioner and body lotion which, by my experience, is pretty rare at hotels.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Leider hatten wir ein sehr sehr kleines Zimmer für 2 Personen (maximal 10 m2). Kein Schrank, keine Möglichkeit irgendwo unsere Koffer unterzubringen. Im Bad gab es genau eine Steckdose, und ein Ablageregal. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, die Dusche war verkalkt, und es waren fremde Haare auf der Bettwäsche. Alles in allem in Ordnung, wenn man nicht allzu viel Zeit im Hotel verbringt

Uno de los mejores hoteles donde he podido estar. La atención del personal es un 100000/10. Adoré y nunca olvidaré a Joao, Madalena y en especial a Afonso, tu recibimiento fue excelente, me mejoraste el día increíble, súper querido y servicial, eres el mejor. El hotel es limpio, tiene todo lo necesario y súper el estado, el desayuno me encantó y más la atención de quienes estaban en la zona. La ubicación es buena, puedes caminar a 30 mins a los lugares de interés. Lo súper recomiendo, es un hotel 1000000/10.

Excellent hôtel proche centre ville et très bien desservi par les transports. Très bon accueil par une équipe jeune et dynamique, mention spéciale à João et Alfonso pour leur gentillesse et bienveillance durant notre séjour. Chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisée, avec eau, café, thé à disposition, lit King size de 2m de large ! Petit déjeuner de qualité, avec beaucoup de choix . Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es wird sehr auf Details geachtet. Beim Frühstück findet jeder etwas für sich, von frischen Früchten bis zu Rührei ist alles dabei. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen wird sofort nachgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber fein. Sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Im Hotel duftet es überall sehr angenehm. Vom Hotel aus sind alle Orte gut erreichbar. Zu Fuß kommt man innerhalb von ca. 30 min in die Altstadt. Wir können dieses Hotel aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen! :)
