Hotel muy cerca del centro, con estación de metro a 50 metros. Supermercado y tiendas en la zona.. Hotel promedio con todo lo necesario para una escapada de 3-4 días. El desayuno muy bueno!

The hotel is ok. We have chosen Masa hotel cos of the price versus location. Breakfast was included ( not the greatest, eggs felt syntetic and only one day there were fresh vegetables ,but well , coffee was ok, some frutes and some bakery made it - fair enough) Metro is literally 1 min away. Plenty of shops and places to eat around. Around 25-30min walk to the town centre. Room was just ok. A bit loudy neighbors but thats not hotels issue. Staff friendly and helpful. After check out we were able to leave our luggage for few hours on reception before heading to airport.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The metro location was very close. The hotel bathrooms were dated. And there is not much near the hotel itself.

I needed to charge my phone but didn’t have the European attachment. The young man at the reception charger it for me on his own laptop. One of those that go the extra mile to help. I will stay there again.

It was high price for the accommodations. The Breakfast was good . The administration no to friendly. Was clean but the shower wasn’t very clean, it was like it need Clorox in some black spots , kind of nasty. The neighborhood was ok

Good location on main street but quite room. Very nice breakfast place across the street. Parking in the basement is tight. Make sure you rent a Fiat 500 in Portugal!

Friendly reception staff.Dificult circumstances due to Covid.Very clean comfy room.Our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet.Unfortunately due to Covid restaurant was not open.

Don't go there if you want to sleep at night
the hotel was fine the room comfortable, the problem was you can't sleep because of the noise from the faulty air conditioning that couldn't be switched off. Shame, don't use room 803.

Good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly and rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The only fault l can find was because of its central location the traffic can be a little noisy early in the morning but l m a light sleeper and the rest of my group had no problem sleeping through it. So overall l have no problem recommending this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and we recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Lisbon. Staff are friendly, the room is spotless and the hotel is a 10 second walk to a metro station. Thanks for having us!

Ok. Good points and not so.
Booking was easy and confirmations timely and accurate. The hotel was as shown on website. Rooms were refurbished, clean and tidy with a good standard of decor. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment. We booked two rooms for two people in each for one night with parking. One room was fine. The other was only set up for one person. The room was very small with a small double / large single bed. Only 1 set of towels pillows etc. We raised this with the hotel but only additional towels provided. No pillows or tea coffee facilities e.g. cups. Prior to visit we sent several emails which were only replied to just before we arrived which meant we couldn't plan our stay as we would have preferred. In all an ok experience which could easily have been much better with a little attention to the details and customer requests.

Had to stay in Lisbon only for a night and had a late arrival into the city. Was able to book this hotel on the day of for a good price. It was decent enough with a smooth check in. The room was big. There were only 2 tiny pillows however. The bathroom had cracks and mildew in the tub but it was clean just looked a little old. Overall not a bad experience and definitely suited the purpose. I think it would be a challenge to stay here for much longer than 1-2 nights
