Had a slight issue with the keybox and door when we first arrived, they were both very stiff and if my nephew hadn't been there I don't know what me and my husband would have done. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. I will definitely recommend.

Just amazing
Blown away by our room - beautifully decorated and sumptuous furnishings. The bed was just amazing - lovely shower. A stones throw from the beach - this will be our go to place from now on. Easily the best value room we have ever stayed in!

Poorly sound proofed
Not good for light sleepers, at least if you are staying in Room 4 as we were. Could hear everything from the rooms above and adjacent to us which unfortunately started early in the morning. A pity as the room was nicely furnished, very comfortable and clean. Well located for both beaches and parking free on nearby streets.

The worst stay.
They forgot to mention that it was not good for anyone with a disability. There was no elevator to get your luggage up to the room. The stairs were meant for mountain climbers. Also the room was not made up daily. And the parking was a block away and it was paid parking at $10 a day.

Dear CarlI am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.Everything is set out by Hotels.com regarding accessibility to the property and rooms, it states no lift, or wheelchair access and that there are stairs to the house and the rooms.Free street parking is available near the house and there are also disabled bays on our street.We also state that the rooms are serviced every other day. Quite often during your stay you had the do not disturb sign on so we don't like to disturb guests, but we do leave you a note to let us know if you need anything.

We were so thrilled with our room-it was perfect! Really big, comfy bed, very clean and gorgeous decor. Loved all the extra touches, the selection of teas and coffees, the mini fridge, and a very welcome snack (two bags of crisps, lovely thought) Couldn’t fault a thing.
