Clean apartment with everything you need in the room, staff were very helpful, underground parking and just a couple minutes walk to the centre for shopping, bars and restaurants or museums and the albert doc
Great overnight stay as usual, only a couple of niggles maybe the windows should be double glazed as the noise during the night was dreadful, also maybe a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for e.g. shaving and makeup.
Not usually a hotel I would choose, but enjoyed staying here. The Buckingham room offers great views of the docks and Liver Building, however the internal windows had a lot of mould due to the condensation. The condensation also blocked the night views as you could no longer see through the windows. ...
Room was perfect with a tiny kitchen with a hob, microwave and fridge squeezed between the bathroom and bedroom.
