Top Liverpool Hotel Reviews

Adelphi Hotel
4/10 Poor
"The property is a beautiful, yet old hotel with a rich history. However, my stay was not great. Front desk staff, if they’re there, act as if you’re an inconvenience - one gentleman was outrightly rude. I had questions about the train and opted to walk to the station and ask instead of risking another unpleasant interaction. Tap in bathroom broken, room not cleaned for the entirety of the stay. Could not reach the hotel by phone or email to let them know of my cancelled flight and late check in. Expedia had to intervene on my behalf and was told they would “try” to not mark me as a no show. Asked for a cab and was told after they sighed they “would try.” Really, really sub par customer service. Would not recommend. "

"I love staying here when we visit Liverpool. I can’t fault it, it’s friendly, clean, the rooms are spacious and bathroom too. Breakfast is fabulous, such a variety of hot and cold. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming. "

Hotel Indigo Liverpool City Centre by IHG

"Cold shower
Lumpy bed
Lumpy pillows
Paper thin walls
A very poor response to my upsetting experience from staff and no comments to try and listern or provide anything to address my concerns as an IHG member"

Hope Street Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Room was very clean, the windows look out to the offices across the road so you had to keep your blinds closed to preserve your privacy. The table was pushed up against the window so it was not possible to close the curtains. We arrived late, midnight and parked outside the hotel. Free till 7am. I got up and moved to the recommended Anglican Church carpark. Drove there and found out it was graduation day and it was closed (Thought the staff might have known that) parked outside the hotel and paid the £8 for 4 hours (reasonable) went on a bus trip and tried to renew parking, no renewal policy. £25 parking fine (cheaper than London). We had breakfast at the hotel. It was lovely with lots of choice and the staff led by Harry were wonderful. We didnt evening dine there but our friends did and they had nothing but praise. I would definitely stay here again. Great location, great staff and very nice room. I'll research my parking next time. Very much value for money "
