"The house is very nice, well mainteined, clean and comfortable. It's located just 6 minutes walking from rail station.I spent 3 nights here with my family (5 people) during our travel around Scotland and we used it as base to visit Edimburg. It has been perfect."

"The property worked for our family of 5 stay; however, property does not have AC which would be important in the summer. Additionally, sleeping 5 meant sharing spaces as there is only a large great room / kitchen and the master bedroom with master bath. If you need a laundry you’ll have to reserve somewhere else. The location was the best attribute of this property. It is close to everything."

"Fabulous apartment situated perfectly in the fabulous little town. The welcome basket was a wonderful surprise on check-in, and just added to the enjoyment of the apartment. Fabulously stocked with everything you could need for a stay, good sized rooms, comfortable bed, all the pots and pans for a gourmet meal. And minutes walk to the Red Lion for a pint."

"Lovely apartment on a wonderful local street. Not in the touristy area, which we loved, but some might find it too out-of-the-way. Walking to Stockbridge was wonderful, but New Town was 20 minutes uphill. Cabs/Uber were very tough to get, but that seemed a citywide issue. "

"Loved the rooms, spacious, clean and a perfect location. Centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. Only downside was the stairs. We totally understand the historic site, but we had a few injuries in our group and lots of luggage making the stairs extra difficult. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend."
