Room was very good - clean and spacious and it was good to have a bath in the ensuite and not just a shower. All the staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. A nice touch was the provision of mulled wine and mince pies each evening

Staff were fantastic and very friendly, especially the waiter in the bar. Hotel is lovely and a nice touch having mulled wine and mince pies out for guests. Room was big and clean. Great location for 1/2 the price of other hotels, you have to walk a block to get to old town but totally reasonable

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally clean and just perfect for our extended family gathering. We had three two bedroom apartments and the children’s cots and high chairs were pristine clean. Great location too!

only visited the Dalmahoy which in itself was more than enough, many thanks to all the lovely staff!!
We used car to get to royal boat free parking in shopping mall. We went by car to see concord free parking. We parked at bottom of castle and was not expensive. You just have to have your parking ticket stamped in castle. The grounds of hotel beautif
