"Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno. "

"The hotel is fantastic. The staff are so very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are cooked to perfection. We were lucky enough to stay in room 515 which has its own terrace. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We loved it so much we have booked to go back again nex year in the same room. Can not fault this hotel at all."

"I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments. "This must have been a truly magnificent building when it was new, now it's a bit tired, there are plastic conduits stuck onto the old walls with high ceilings that take the power to the crystal chandeliers. The green carpet does not go with the turquoise ceiling and battle ship grey paint on the wood chip wallpaper, but it all shows the history of the building and I find the result charming, it has character."

"Totally different premises to when we stayed in 2022. So glad a buyer was found for the premises. Just hope our late departure from our room each day didn't interfere with S4C's production plans."
