"The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to Loch Long, which makes for a great setting whether you’re there for work or leisure. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room and bathroom were both very clean, which I really appreciated after long days. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and could benefit from some modernisation, but everything was functional and comfortable. Despite the older feel, I’d happily stay again thanks to the location, cleanliness, and solid service."

"Room was clean. Beds comfy. But bathroom was very dated, almost like it never had any work done for 40 years, apart from the modern shower head... vinyl on the walls, 2cm squared tiles on the floor... But apart from that a decent stay. at 150 a night, it was well overpriced."

"I would suggest you get down for breakfast around 8.00 to 8.30 as that was when the hot breakfast choice was at its best. Staff did go and get anything that was used up if you requested it, however I find it better just to help myself. Staff very friendly and helpful"
