"The hotel was super close to shopping and has a wonderful view of Inverness Castle, it is also right on the river. Needs some updating and fixing. Parking is down the street a block at the Cathedral where you can pay for 24 hour parking. "

Distillery tour was informative and tasting was very good. Lakeside restaurant food was excellent and the staff were wonderful. "

"My spouse and I are traveling with my senior parents, and the cottage was wonderful. Quietest, latest risers should sleep upstairs though. The breakfast was great, the service was fantastic, and you can park right outside your door."

"Nice welcome, and ideally placed for being in the town. Room was good, clean and worked well for us. Breakfast was just okay, possibly would have been better but we followed a very large group. Would use it again without hesitation. "

"This is a lovely place to stay if visiting Inverness. The house is spotlessly clean and very well fitted out with great kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and plenty of parking. "

"Stayed at Dunain Croy farm house with some friends for a 60th birthday getaway. The house is so welcoming, comfortable and in an idyllic setting. We loved the cosy evenings with the log burner lit and toasting marshmallows around the fire pit in the garden. The house is right on the canal and surrounded by fields and trees. We were visited by deer and pheasants and even by the Aurora on our last night. The house had plenty of space and all mod cons. You may want to have a car but even without one we managed to get everywhere we planned to by walking along the canal or a short taxi ride (incl a Loch Ness trip and visit to Urquhart Castle and a good ten mile yomp on the nearby forest tracks. Fabulous break."

"TravelNess Apartment was absolute perfection. It was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable. We stayed over the Christmas/New Year holiday and the apartment was nicely decorated for the occasion. It was warm inside when we opened the door. The bedding was very comfortable. The two bathrooms were spacious & perfect for a large family. We were very grateful for the heated clothes drying rack so we could wash & dry our clothes quickly. The breakfast provided was perfect for a quick morning- the kids loved trying all the different jam flavors. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved it! "
