"Overall, the hotel was ok. When thinking of Hyatt/Hilton, you automatically think great things. In all honesty, this hotel did not reflect the name well. There were a few reasons why I chose this hotel over others that were a little cheaper. 1. I knew that the room would be clean and there wouldn’t be any smoking issues. The room was clean, but I overheard a conversation that a lady had just got her room and it was heavy in cigarette smoke smell. 2. Their listing on Expedia says they have dry cleaning/laundromat services. I talked with the front desk for that option after my first night stay, and the desk manager said they don’t provide that service, and he began to show me local laundromats to try after I showed their own amenities listing. 3. Their listing says that they have a shuttle service for guests up to 5 miles from the hotel. A different desk manager said that it’s only for business meetings of at least 12-15 people and only 2 miles. I again showed the amenities list and he repeated what he had just told me. So, I got half of one of my reasons to choose this location. Unfortunately, I will not recommend nor return to this hotel again. They say you get what you pay for, but I definitely didn’t get what I paid for - overpriced."

"Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room. Wasn’t prepared to be charged the $15.00 for parking but it was a gated entry so I ended being ok with it. "

"Big bed bugs, poor breakfast, room capert not clean, no pressure shower. The parking was big enough and the room looks updated"

"The front desk people were not very knowledgeable, the hallways were stink, the TV in the room did not work along with the phone. The shower wasn't clean so we had to get a room change in which that wasn't much better. They claimed to have a breakfast area where they served beverages and breakfast, which they did not have!! They claimed to have a "snack market" which they did not have!! They claimed to have a restaurant, which they did not have!! Most of the "amenities" listed were not there!! False advertisement!!"

"The place seemed to be understaffed - service was slow and quality was nothing special. We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t refreshed by housekeeping so we were waiting on clean towels and toilet paper. Reservations were required at both of the upscale restaurants on property which was a bummer. "
