"Great hotel for our 6 night stay in Florence. Perfect location around the corner from Duomo, in the historic San Lorenzo area with many places to eat and shop, spacious room with dual windows, very comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Hotel offers a full breakfast with plenty of choices. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence."

"Love it! A bit more lightning in the rooms would be great but it is beautiful and everyone was great! The rooftop view is freaking amazing! Location is so close to train station where you can take high speed trains to other cities and walking distance to great restaurants, duomo and other places."

"Perfect Location. Walkable distance to most anywhere you want to go. Room and hallways were a little too warm. Only heat was available (which we did not need). We were there mid-April and they said the units did not switch 'til May. I guess it was warmer than normal for them that time of year. Friendly and very helpful staff. They even tried to find fans for us. Would definitely stay there again."

"The Ambassador Hotel in Florence was situated. Conveniently 2 mins from Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff were friendly and the hotel was pleasant. I had a single room which was small but adequate. The staff were friendly, and I really liked the girl who worked in the bar. Her name was Victoria."

"We loved our stay here. On checking in, we were automatically upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was big and worked well. The decor was super pleasing and quite charming. We adored the hotel bar and used the courtyard to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Location was great - walking distance from most of the big sites."
