All the staff was so lovely and patience. And the breakfast morning buffet was absolutely amazing and delicious. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about this stay."

"We really enjoyed staying at Freehand in DTLA. It’s located in a historic building so the rooms have an old school vibe to them. We stayed in a corner room and it was so spacious with beautiful, massive windows (I’m a natural light girlie). We did have a small hiccup where our room was very cold and the heater was not working very well - we communicated that to them and they were kind enough to switch us to another room. Bathrooms were very clean and were stocked up accordingly. I’d def stay here again. "
