Room wasn't ready on arrival, so we had to wait for it -- we were offered late check-out as compensation, but that wasn't any use to us. Overall the decor was a bit tired too -- I'm not sure the "upscale" description is quite justified. That said, everything was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff were helpful.

You have to collect keys from a separate building down the road, which wasnt made clear when booking- unfortunately leaving us to walk down the road with suitcases in the pouring rain after being dropped off by our taxi. The property itself is great though- nice and clean, spacious and in good condition. Our iron was on its last legs, with buttons missing, but on the whole, very good stay.

No air conditioning which they don’t tell you about until you’ve paid; was assigned a basement unit with large window wells only one of which could be access for ventilation. Was clean enough and staff did what they could with what was there. Basically student housing being used as a hotel type room. Four out of 10.

Good accomdation, intimidating checkin process
Great apartment.. perfect for our stay.. beware the checkin/checkout process though.. you are immediately surrounded by security on arrival into the nearby crowne plaza and frogmarched to reception.. very intimidating indeed. Otherwise the accommodation is perfect for a family stay

Property was good. Very clean. But a very sterile environment. Super location for Hampton Court. But noisy from road traffic. Could do with very standing lights( may help to soften atmosphere)

Although the property is modern and very clean, it did not have a safe or air conditioning in the init and the check in was not convenient as it took place at a different location.

Didn’t get off to a great start as property wasn’t ready. It was gloomy poorly equipped and the bed settee didn’t fit properly so I kept sliding off the seat. The grouting In the shower cubical needed cleaning at the bottom. When I went to the Crown Plarzer to book a taxi. I was asked to wait half an hour as the receptionist was on a break. Eventually one of the 3 security guards got me a number to ring. Not a great experience all round and won’t be staying again went to the

My family really enjoyed their stay here. It was very clean and in fact, the building looked like it was newly built. The location was lovely; it was a walking distance from the Thames and the riverside restaurants. The staff were helpful and kind. Would recommend and definitely will come back.

The suite, older ones, not the new ones was great for an apartment stay. Some early trouble with the linen that was not able to be resolved to my satisfaction. Other than that, great experience and would absolutely do it again.

Lovely apartment. The staff where amazing I left my watch, wedding and engagement ring behind and two other rings and they were handed in. I’m so grateful. Would definitely recommend.

Little Gem
The apartment was nice decorated, the room was lovely. They need to have some parking that is dedicated to the apartments and not the parking that is located at the hotel. Pillows were not the best - one pillow was too low and two pillows were too high. The bed was too soft that it’s given me a bad back. There should be fresh linen delivered everyday- especially when your staying for more than two days! However I would consider staying again but with my own mattress topper and my own pillows. However this little gem is a really good find

The apartment was very modern, new, clean and perfect for a short stay. It has a well equipped kitchenette too, which was perfect for us because we enjoyed cooking. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

They advertise this as a luxury apartment, no! The rooms were decent but not clean, especially in these times you expect clean showers, a clean kitchen - no! Also what wasn’t advertised was the noisy building site next door - noisy at 8.31am Yes!

Stayed for 1 night. Property was very modern, of a decent size and clean. The check-in procedure was unclear, however- no details were given aside from a short note about collecting keys from an alternative location outside of office hours. It would have been useful to know these hours were, rather than relying on me to ask what they were. Unfortunately the shower drain was blocked, with water overflowing the shallow tray and covering the bathroom floor. This happened while I was waiting for the shower to warm up(!) so I was unable to shower during my stay, due to flooding of the bathroom (and likely the rest of the apartment). Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided - there were no spare rolls in the bathroom, no tissues, and no kitchen roll (though shampoo etc was provided). Finally, security via the front door was little worrying- a front door key is provided along with the room key. If too many key turns are made in the front door, it remains fully unlocked and the property is thus accessible to anybody. I had to twist the key back round to ensure the door closed on its latch- I'm not sure all guests would notice this. Overall, a smart property that I would ordinarily have no trouble recommending, but the issues with check-in, the shower, toiletries & front door really let this place down.

apartments are good, the name is misleading as they are not part of the Hampton brand. Check in is a bit odd with man walking about and then getting a card machine of of a cupboard, but rooms are good.
