2. Respect for Neighbours
- Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours: 10:00 PM โ 8:00 AM (no loud music, shouting, or gatherings).
- Please do not engage with neighboursโcontact us via chat or call in urgent situations.
- Drones and other unmanned vehicles are not allowed without permission.
3. Fire Safety
- No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard.
- No open flamesโthis includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns.
- Do not cover electric radiatorsโuse the provided airer for drying clothes.
- Keep communal areas clearโthese are emergency exits.
- EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed.
4. Cleanliness
- Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment.
- Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.
5. Pets
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
- Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee.
- Pets must never be left unattended.
- If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.
