The room was lovely and clean apart from the floors were a bit dusty. Very friendly helpful staff available 24hrs/7days a wk. Gym, games room, cinema, laundry and fantastic value for money.

DO NOT BOOK THE DELUXE SUITE! This property has amazing potential, great location, lovely suite but there are no windows and no air con. Granted they didn't advertise aircon but I didn't expect the property to be 31degrees when outside was 24. It was so uncomfortable, even my toiletries melted. I asked for assistance as I couldn't sleep so they gave me a second fan which just blew hot air around. We couldn't use the kitchen facilities, dining or sitting area because everyone was so uncomfortable. The bathroom door doesn't close and with it being a see through sliding door then everything is exposed. It was mostly clean to be fair but the glasses in the presses were really dirty. There was a weird leaking sludge on the front steps, there were lightbulbs missing, there was boxes if rubbish left around from maintenance, we had no loo roll on arrival, there are no towel rails or toilet roll holders. The staff on the reception desk were lovely but they can't help out, one has to contact Nestor directly for assistance. They were very quick to respond but pretty useless really. I paid a lot of money for three nights and I was so disappointed, it was cruel staying there

We stayed at the Hill from Oct 21st to Oct 29th. We booked 2 separate studio apartments one for ourselves and the other for my mother in law. We requested for the apartments to be on the same floor at the time of booking but unfortunately this could not be accommodated. had an extremely poor and distressing experience with this accommodation. It was not as advertised, the allocated room had not been properly prepared, and me and my sister who had limited mobility were unable to stay. After arriving at around 7:00 p.m., we spent over four hours trying to resolve the issue. The room provided did not match the listing, with the wrong room type and missing advertised features. Staff were unable to provide the accommodation that had been booked or a suitable alternative. We were left without a safe and suitable place to stay and eventually had to arrange alternative accommodation at around 11:00 p.m. The on-site staff were apologetic, but the issue appeared to be outside their control as the management company was unable to resolve the situation. We also spent several hours trying to resolve this with Expedia, but assistance was limited due to the booking being made through a third-party partner and confirmation being required before the refund could be processed. The issue was only resolved after escalating the complaint further with Expedia, following which a full refund was issued for the original booking. While I appreciate that the refund was eventually provided, it should not have required escalation to achieve a fair outcome. The experience caused significant stress and unnecessary worry, particularly due to the timing of the stay.
